We’d like to ask for your help in our efforts to control invasive species such as Eurasian Water Milfoil, Curly Leaf Pondweed, Filamentous Algae, and White Stem Pondweed. The Lake Josephine Improvement Association, through homeowners’ donations and a small grant from the DNR (which is not guaranteed each year and has diminishing funds available), has attempted to control the spread of these contaminants through offshore herbicide applications. Your donations are crucial to our ability to continue with these projects. We hope we can count on you to help keep these invasive species in check and to protect our beautiful lake.
The Association is working aggressively to maintain the quality of the lake and we can only meet our goals with your financial support! Please consider donating as much as you can afford – we’ll do as much as we can based on the funds we raise. We hope to see you on the water.
